Delivering the Audio-Visual experience to remember her clients is what drives Heather. Her no-nonsense leadership style, coupled with her "land the plane" approach to communication, is how she delivers it. Setting new standards of excellence in the industry is a top priority! It is no surprise that Heather is a sought-after leader with over 18 years of experience leveraging technology and developing talent. Clients who have worked with her say: "She knows how to build and lead a team that gets the job done and never lets you down!".

When not at a show running the show, Heather loves film, music production, soccer, and traveling.

Kristina Fisk, Chief Operating Officer

With an eye for detail and a mind that never sleeps, Kristina is constantly creating and designing new ways to approach the status quo with contagious enthusiasm. While her title would implicate her contributions to be mostly operational, well, that would be partially the truth. Kristina's unique ability to harness her creative side and leverage her passion for organization and structure provide Garnet with a strong foundation for great success. Her knowledge of working alongside her fellow AV Techs gives her the edge she needs to support alignment with leadership and staff.

Great leaders know how to harness talent, motivate action, and inspire greatness! That is how Kristina approaches her colleagues, her staff, and the clients' experience with Garnet. You will often hear her ask this question in a meeting "How can we make it better"? a motto she approaches in life.

Aside from her love of tacos, she loves meeting new people, or she would merely say, "Friends I have not met yet." Oh, and she is unquestionably planning her next travel adventure.

Brenda Bortle, Executive Assistant

Brenda provides administrative support to our executive team as well as our labor department. Native to the Greater Rochester, NY area, she has accomplished a 25-year career in Administrative and Office Management roles. Brenda began in the medical field with a General Business Management Degree and an Associate Medical Administrative Degree; she later transitioned into a Property Management career.

One of the best decisions the Garnet Global team has made is, without question, the addition of Brenda. Brenda is the glue that keeps our team together. Her positive, go-getter attitude keeps us all going forward and ensures the success and happiness of our team. She wears many hats, and her enthusiasm to not only achieve success but to provide a positive and fun experience is admired by us all.

Brenda is the matriarch of her family and loves spending time with her 3 kids. She loves the warm weather and all the fun that Summertime brings. Brenda lives by the motto, "You do not know what tomorrow brings. Forgive, love hard, and have fun."
